1. Data collected by the Web server (Server Logfiles)

UKA and/or the hosting services provider will collect and process the following information from the user when accessing the Website, in order to guarantee the correct functioning of it:

  • Operating system of the terminal equipment with which the user accesses the website;
  • Browser (type, version and language);
  • Amount of data consulted;
  • The current anonymous IP address of the terminal equipment with which the user accesses the website;
  • Date and time of access;
  • The URL of the website visited previously by the user (referrer);
  • The URL of the (sub) page to which the user is accessing the website;
  • The Internet service provider of the access system.
  • This data will be processed exclusively on an individual basis.

The data will be processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest, as established in article 6.1.f. of the GDPR. The legitimate interest of UKA lies in being able to show the website, provide the necessary functionalities and guarantee the stability and security of its systems. The user's data will be deleted after 7 days from its collection.

2. Service Providers

UKA employs service providers who process data on its behalf or whose access to personal data cannot be prevented. In accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, UKA has signed data processing agreements with such service providers. The data will be processed on the basis of legitimate interest as set out in Article 6.1.f. of the GDPR. The service providers in question provide hosting and technical support services, respectively. In both cases, their registered office is located in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

3. Exercise of Rights

The user may exercise the rights of (i) access, (ii) rectification or erasure, (iii)) objection and/or (iv) portability, by sending an application letter addressed to the UKA data protection delegate.

The user may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency for any breach of their rights.
