PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT

LOCATION STUART, FLORIDA

THE ROLE:

  • Systematically analyzing and reviewing as well as continuously monitoring and evaluating renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery storage).
  • Ensuring a consistently high project quality throughout the entire project development process.
  • Early identification of risks in the project (e.g. land securing, interconnection, permitting).
  • Supporting local developers and inhouse experts in mitigating or resolving issues.
  • Working with local development team to prepare project milestone meetings.
  • Supporting due diligence in M&A and financing processes of renewable energy projects.
  • Reviewing and managing project documentation for the exchange of information with advisors, banks and investors.
  • Creating standardized overviews and tables to track all essential project information.

THE INDIVIDUAL:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in energy project management, finance or auditing
  • 3 years of experience working in renewable energy
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and a structured and conscientious way of working.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability, curiosity and ability to cope with a wide variety of tasks.
  • Very good communication skills and assertiveness.
